Initiate Your Request
Log into your Color Street account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
